Shipping Information

  • Order Tracking:Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. We carefully package each wig to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NuolaWigs purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Available if you’d like to swap your wig for another style.
  • Condition: Wigs must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
