  • We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Step 3: Ship Your Wig to Us

  • You will need to send your wig to our service center.
  • Please ensure the wig is clean and free of glue or residue before shipping. If the wig is not washed we wont be able to offer this service.

Step 4: Repair or Lace Replacement

  • Our professional technicians will repair the wig by adding/replacing hair or restoring color.
  • For lace frontal wigs that cannot be repaired, we will replace the lace.

Step 5: Processing Time

  • Warranty repairs can take up to 2 months. We recommend having a second wig to
    use during this time.

Step 6: Return Shipping

  • Once the repair is complete, we’ll ship the wig back to you and provide tracking
    details.
