About Our Terms and Conditions

This page explains who we are and the terms and conditions that apply when you use the Nuola Wigs website or purchase any product or service from us. By placing an order with Nuola Wigs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Buying and Refunds

Placing an order with Nuola Wigs constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply.

If you receive a wig with a confirmed fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. For custom-made wigs, faults do not include colour preference, sizing, density, length, or any custom specification agreed at the time of order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if there is an issue before returning the wig so we can advise on the correct return process.

Lace Wigs and Natural Shedding

Lace wigs are constructed by ventilating individual strands of hair onto a lace base. Over time, with wear, washing, brushing, and styling, some shedding is normal. We cannot be held responsible for shedding caused by the use of glue, gel, tape, or adhesives. These products weaken the knots and cause hair loss when removed. For this reason, we strongly advise against using adhesives on our wigs.

Without proper care, product buildup within the lace can cause hair to shed when removed. Damage caused by adhesives is not considered a fault.

Wear and Tear

Lace wigs naturally deteriorate over time due to regular wear. Bleached knots, colouring, and chemical processing also contribute to reduced longevity. Nuola Wigs is not liable for damage caused by general wear and tear.

Colour Processing and Shedding

Our wigs undergo extensive colouring and bleaching processes, including knot bleaching, to achieve our signature colours. This makes the hair more delicate. By purchasing from Nuola Wigs, you acknowledge that shedding caused by this process is not grounds for a refund.

Warranty

All wigs except ready-to-ship, sale, or discounted wigs include a six month warranty. This warranty covers hair loss resulting in bald spots or colour fading. The warranty is a restoration service, not a replacement wig. We will add or replace hair where necessary.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, altered or recoloured wigs, torn lace, use of glue gel or tape, sleeping in the wig, swimming in the wig, or lace that has been cut beyond the hairline.

Hair restoration under warranty can take up to three months to complete.

We strongly recommend owning more than one wig, even a synthetic backup, as wearing the same wig daily significantly reduces its lifespan.

Alterations

We do not recommend altering or recolouring our wigs. Please contact customer service for guidance before making any changes.

Fault Reporting Conditions

If you believe your wig is faulty, you must contact customer service immediately upon receipt. The wig must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered. Wigs with cut lace or signs of wear cannot be accepted for return. Please do not cut the lace until you are certain you are keeping the wig.

In Person Purchases

Wigs purchased in person during consultations or pop-up appointments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Wig Refund Policy

Sale and Final Sale Wigs
All wigs marked as sale or final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Custom-Made Wigs
Custom wigs are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes any personalised specifications.

Change of Mind
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind if the wig matches the product description and images.

Faulty or Incorrect Wigs
Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved cases will be resolved in line with consumer law.

Returns
Returns must be authorised in advance. Wigs must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days. Banks may take additional time to release funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Nuolawigs shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password, account or order related emails.
 
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to this Website are owned by or licensed to Nuolawigs . If you acquire any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the Website (whether by operation of law or otherwise), then you agree to assign those rights to us (including any rights you may have in user generated content that you submit through the Website) on a worldwide basis absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. You will also unconditionally and irrevocably waive any and all moral rights you acquire in or to the Website.
You further agree to execute all such documents and do all such acts and things as we may reasonably require in order to assign any such rights to us and to waive any moral rights you acquire in or to the Website.
 
YOUR PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Your privacy and trust is important to us, so keeping your personal information safe and secure remains our priority. To find out more about how we process your personal information and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy which you can link to from here. We reserve the right to delete any dormant account after 2 years of non-activity.
 
ABANDONED CART SERVICE MESSAGES
If you have closed your browser with items in your shopping basket, we will send you an electronic communication to inform you that this has happened.
 
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nuolawigs disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, that content or information displayed in or on this Website is accurate, complete, up-to-date and/or does not infringe the rights of any third party. Content can and will be changed in order to make the information as accurate as possible over time. The views expressed in user generated content are the opinions of those users and do not represent the views, opinions, beliefs or values of Nuolawigs.
 
OTHER LEGAL NOTICES
There may be legal notices on other areas of this Website which relate to your use of the Website, all of which will, together with these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy (and, where applicable, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Corporate Ordering Terms and Conditions of Sale) govern your use of this Website.
 
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Only you and Nuolawigs shall be entitled to enforce these Website Terms. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Website Terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
 
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Website Terms set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE
Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English.

PURCHASING FROM NUOLAWIGS WEBSITE
Whenever you use this Website to order Nuolawigs product, our Website Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of the Website in addition to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Nuolawigs has taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly and accurately described. However, when ordering please note that:
  • Orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods and their prices as advertised on this Website;
  • All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
  • Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
  • The sizes shown on the Website are approximate only and may vary slightly;
  • Colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute Nuolawigs ‘ acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us.
If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense.
If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order. If Nuolawigs cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
PAYMENT
We only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.
