Stock Availability: Due to the wide range of styles, densities, lengths, and cap sizes we offer, not every wig listed online will be available to try on or purchase in-studio. If you are looking for a specific piece, please email us beforehand at info@nuolawigs.comso we can confirm availability.

Sanitary Practices: For hygiene reasons, you will be asked to wear a wig cap during your fitting. Fresh caps will be provided if needed.

Clients Undergoing Treatment: Many of our clients are undergoing chemotherapy or other treatments that affect the immune system. If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule to protect the health of others.

Non-Refundable Fee: Consultation appointments are non-refundable, though they may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
