All our wigs  except (sale/discounted Wigs) comes with a 6 months free warranty if the wig starts to shed/ creates bald spots or colour fades. The wig warranty service is NOT a replacement of a new wig. Rather, its a service where we replace or add more hair if in the unlikely event you experience balding on the wig. 

Please note warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage to the wig
  • If the wig has been altered eg recoloured, bleached
  • If the lace gets torn/ripped
  • If glue or tape has been applied whilst wearing the wig.
  • Sleeping with the wig on
  • Swimming with the wig on

Please note that our warranty for hair replacement service on a wig that is shedding within 6 months can take up to 2 months.

It is strongly advised that you have more than one wig (second wig can be synthetic to save money) as wearing the same wig everyday can reduce the longevity of the wig.
