We may not have every wig featured on our website available for you to try on. This is due to the wide variety of styles, lengths, densities, and sizes we offer. However, there will be a selection of different colours to view. If you’re looking for something specific, please email us in advance at info@nuolawigs.com to check availability.

For sanitary reasons, you’ll be asked to wear a wig cap during your visit.

Consultation appointments are non-refundable but can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

When booking, you’ll see a notes section. Please share any specific details about your needs, including the colours and lengths you’re interested in. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the appointment. We also serve clients undergoing chemotherapy, many of whom have low immune systems.

If you plan to bring children to the appointment, please ensure they can sit still as we cannot provide childcare services.
