WHAT IS VAT?

VAT is levied on most goods and services provided by registered businesses in the UK and is required by law to be collected from clients within the UK. The standard rate of VAT is charged at 20%. International clients do not have to pay VAT on their purchases and can still receive our 10% off medical hair-loss discount.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM VAT?

VAT exemption is available to buyers in the UK who wear wigs for necessity reasons.

​

Customers in the UK who require wigs due to any medical reason such as alopecia or hair loss as a result of chemotherapy treatment, and is confirmed by a GP, are classed as necessity wearers. If any of the above applies to you, you are entitled to receive the VAT off the cost of your wig. Please download the form below and return it to info@nuolawigs.com once received, we will send you a discount code to use at checkout.

Buyers who are eligible for VAT RELIEF are also eligible to receive a 10% OFF the price of wigs they purchase from our store. This can be claimed for as many purchases.
